Back again.. (56k Warning)

So.. You guys helped me tremendously last time.

So i am back.. with another list of issues... on the 256k camry.
Tempted to hit this car with a diesel truck or something at this rate.

O2 Sensor finally went. - Replaced That.
Radiator blew up on me. - Replaced That.
Power Steering Pump went. - Replaced That.
Needs new suspension.. and almost all the parts relating to it.
Bought four QuickStruts - Haven't put in yet, but have them.
Needs front right outer tie rod - Haven't done, no clue how to do. Thinking it'd be smart to do both outers?

Dome light wiring melted and almost caught my car on fire. Woo.
Engine is starting to get a little loud

Now for the list of EVERYTHING that has been replaced. and to see if anyone can think of anything that will probably/likely go out on me, since everything else has.

All four rotors.
Wheel bearings all around
Trailing arm (right back)
Alternator
Power Steering Pump
Front Calipers
Brakes (Obviously)
Did a brake flush recently.
Radiator flush (hahah)
Radiator
New plugs about 40k ago. along with wires.
MAF Sensor was cleaned about 40k ago.
AC Clutch and Compressor (Fun to recharge might i add)
All Belts
Timing belt at 221k

What it currently needs?
Needs new tires again
Tie Rod
Transmission Flush (last was at 190k)

But what's next? am i right?

Also. the motorcycles in the background are mine too.

power steering hoses, i would say go and check my 96 hoses i can see a few of the low pressure hoses are getting a little cracked and i already bought the new hose, haven't put it in but i have it on hand, i'll also say brake hoses check those for cracks as well, also the vacuum lines i recently changed mine out with some generic ebay silicon hoses cheap and gets the job done with a little bit of style the main intake hose for me went (rot) engine mounts, thats about all i can think of so far

I didnt do a complete flush, but I just did a trans drain and fill on mine. Didn't want to flush it, as I'm at 170k and I dont think its ever been changed so I didnt want to swap out 100% of the fluid. The drain and fill took me about 10-15 minutes and most of that time was getting the car in the air and getting all the tools and rags handy. Very easy to do. If you pour the trans fluid into an old 5 qt oil container with the qt marks, you will know exactly how much to add back to the system too. As for tires, since you're on steelies, if you're on a budget you could go to the junkyard and grab a set and smack your hubcaps on them. I had a car that ate up tires so I'd get sets from the junkyard every few months. You'd be surprised how many cars get wrecked and towed up there with almost brand new tires on them.

Do both of these at the same time and then get an alignment done. Doing both individually will require an alignment each time.

i dont think that is unreasonable to be replacing all these wear and tear items on a car with a ridiculous amount of miles.
