Motor is blown looking for options.?

Got a 92 4cyl 5-speed. The Engine died due to the balance shaft eating itself. Even though i removed it the damage spread to far to do anything.

So my question is, has anyone done swaps in there camry for a different motor without major modifications?
If i remember correctly the 3SGTE doesnt fit without relocating the motor mounts and getting the wirering and ECU... same with the v6 yes?
I know the 2.0 will fit w/o modification, with the exception of the trans, clutch etc.. But IMO 2.2 is a better platform. So any suggestions greatly appreciated.
