1994 camry le or 2000 camry le

So my parents want to get me a new car when i get into Art Center for this fall and i realized that there is no point of leasing a Range Rover or BMW x5 because theres no parking at the campus. People scratch other cars and it seems messed up to pay $400 and get dings and scratches on it. So my question is should i downgrade from my 2000 camry le i4 to the 1994 camry le i4 and fix it up? I was thinking about doing an engine swap and make it look nice with the extra cash i will get from my parents.

Another question i had was how much is it for engine swap and switching auto to manual?

it would be smarter to just look for a manual car to begin with. the swap is not an easy job and would likely be more expensive then the difference between the auto and the manual equipt car. whats wrong with your gen4?

nothings wrong with my gen4, parents always drive my car since im on break from city college. My dad has a 1994 camry le that he never drives. so im thinking about driving his car and fixing it up a bit. btw, it just seems the 94 camry has so much more you can do than the gen4 camry.
