95 Camry Underbody Plastic Screw/Bolt Missing?

Hey all, long time lurker first time poster. So today before a job interview the plastic right underneath the bumper (splash guard?) caught on a parking cement block anyway it wasn't torn off just folded back and I noticed that the screws holding it in place on the driver's side were missing. I was wondering where I could buy the screws (home depot/dealer?) and what size they were. Price would be cool too :] oh and tools I might need as well

I hope this isnt too much to ask, I am a girl and my dad decided auto work wasn't important for me and I'm at college at the moment Thanks for any help!

You can grab one of bolts from the plastic around the splash guard and bring it as a sample to a hardware store. They shouln't be that expensive. Any sort of spanner/wrench set would be OK to use as tools.
