Multiple washes still wont come clean??

Whats up guys, well i've gave the camry a couple washes since i've had her for about a week and a half now and i still cant seem to get these "spots" clean.

When I run my fingers over them, they are smooth and there is no depth change in the paint, so I don't believe it involves the clear coat or anything...

These spots are pretty much all over the hood, top of car, and on the trunk...

Any ideas guys? How can I fix this?

No, haven't tried it, don't even know what it is, what is it? Where can I get it?

Should I use it on the whole car even without those spots?

Claybar, Glaze and Wax! Get all of that at Autozone. Hell, a claybar will get off paint over spray on your car's clear coat. It'll be the best $20-25 you ever spent.

What's glaze? I think I'm going to pick up a clay bar kit and some wax tomorrow.

A clay bar may get it, but you almost might have to compound and polish.

Wash, clay, wash, polish - repeat as necessary.

Wax once you are satisfied.
