3rd Generation Need some advice on what to do for exhaust

Ok my 96 camry they guy b4 me had midas put new piping on and stupid midas welded it and when the did they didn't make it flush instead hangs lower than what it supposed to so will need a new exhaust in near future so far no bottoming out but if i with a pothole (i try not to) or like a deep dip it hits it. Now the question is what can i do for a catback system or something with a deep growl to it could some one direct me in the right way if thread is still going when i get back off vacation i will have pics but left car in ny when we came to delaware

Question

ugh some times i just type and forget to seperate the sentences lol. Any way what I mean is... Instead of the exhaust pipe from the cat back being flush with the car like it is supposed to be.... It hangs 3 to 4 maybe more inches lower.... Doesn't rattle or anything but I know with they way the roads are in central new york I will be needing one soon.... All in all I want to know if any one can point me in the direction of a catback system that has a deep sound....
