3rd Generation 1994 4-cyl automatic -> manual swap

Looked at the DIY thing but unsure if it's specific to a 4cyl. I'm looking at a '94 coupe 4cyl 5-speed that's being parted out and want to know what parts I need to take off of it. Looking to do a straight swap, no mods.

The obvious, to me:
Trans
flywheel
clutch assy (will put a new disk/plate on)
clutch fork
cable or cylinder (unsure if it's hydraulic or not)
Shifter, linkage, do I need the console? If so I hope it's beige...
Pedal, pedal box
Do I need the halfshafts and tranny mounts?
Any engine electronics?

This is for my cream-puff 94 4dr with 38K miles. Picked it up from Mom last month and drove it home California -> Boston, 3600 miles, no problems!

The donor car has about 150K miles, should I look at having the tranny rebuilt or resealed?

If this works then there'll be a barely broken-in 4spd automatic for sale

I would rebuild the trans as it'll be out anyway.

I dont think you need the console, just the shifter and shift boot.

You'll also need a clutch release bearing. Go buy one from toyota. They're like $30.

If I were you, I would get the ECU and engine wiring harness, others say you don't need them but why go through the hassle of wiring it all up when you can just use the manual harness and it's plug and play...almost.
