Be very careful while buying any expensive item from ebay! Manufacturers of Quick Struts (Tenneco) should recognize the ebay seller as authorized retailer of their products for the warranty claims to be valid.
Most of the times the ebay sellers are folks like you and me and Tenneco (manufacturers of Quick Struts, Monroe is their Brand) can flatly refuse to honor warranty claim.
Now if Monroe quick struts have lifetime warranty you will want to use it at some point. Right?
I learnt it the hard way for one of my friends but for Gabriel Ultra Struts. We called the Gabriel corporate office and they point blank refused to entertain any warranty claim citing the ebay retailer as unauthorized :-( Needless to say my buddy is pissed off as hell.
But Gabriel customer service did say that Amazon (and not the sellers on Amazon) is definitely an authorized retailer for them. Why dont you look at buying quick struts from Amazon?

See this TN member's recent review of Quickstruts:
Monroe Quickstrut review.

Both Monroe and Gabriel have similar complete assemblies with a lifetime warranty. You can also get KYB assemblies, but no warranty for normal wear and tear.

People seem to like Monroes. I just spec Gabriel Ultras from Autozone, IMO the 9-stage velocity sensitive valving is a better design (2003 Popular Mechanics Editors Award) than Monroe's "grooved piston rod" but it's also on the softer side, feels almost linear. I think KYBs are too harsh (aka Keep Your Bilsteins), KYBs behave like old dino progressive struts, making you feel all the lane marker tiles.
