Hello, and welcome to Toyota Nation!

If the amount of flooding is as bad as all that, then you should check your transmission fluid too. If any water got in there you're in deep doo doo and most likely have to replace the transmission. It's not something you can fix by flushing it out. Bummer.

You're on the right track by changing the oil, oil filter, air filter, plugs etc. Give the oil a long time to drain when you do the change. Since you didn't drive too far afterwards, you should be alright, but it would pay to do a compression check/leak down test just in case. Good luck and let us know how you get on

Dont forget to change the differential fluid. If you got water up to the air box theirs a good chance theres water in their also.

If after changing the oil and you see it's foamy again on the dip stick, I'd change it again. Sometimes it's hard to get all the water out.

I've not experienced this with a car, but my lawnmower was flooded for several hours. After changing the oil (three times), plug, filter, the mower was fine again.
