obx headers question 1mzfe

i have a 94 es and i was wondering if OBX SS304 HEADER MANIFOLD 97-01 LEXUS ES300 V6 1MZ-FE would work and fit?
the only other headers i can find are the old style OBX Header 94-96 Lexus ES300 Federal Stainless Manifold and i really dont want it

can anyone let me know if these would work pls?

thanks for the info
so what youre saying is that the rear headers wont line up or the y-pipe doesnt line up? kinda confusing how you worded it.
plus im doing this so my muffler shop can do a nice dual exhaust setup and i dont wanna use that disgusting stock y-pipe its too restrictive
