3rd Generation Timing marks on crank and cam pulleys 5sfe

hey guys, i got a 5sfe from a 95 camry to put into my 93 camry. I wanted to make sure that the timing on it is correct, since the guy who sold me the engine said that he had it rebuilt. how are the marks on the pulleys suppose to line up?? or do i need to put the engine in the car and hook it up and crank it? its my first swap and i want to make sure everything works right and fires up once i put it in. thanks

Cam pulley: Hole in cam pulley aligned with notch on bearing cap. Refer to picture.

Crank pulley: Mark/notch on crank pulley aligned to "0" mark on timing belt cover.

1. Using a socket and wrench on the crank pulley bolt, turn the crank clockwise till the mark on crank pulley lines with the "0" mark on the timing belt cover.

2. Check the cam pulley. The hole in the pulley should be lined up with the notch on the bearing cap. Upper timing belt cover needs to be removed to check the cam pulley.

You may have to turn the crank 2 full revolutions (720 degrees) to get things to line up properly. The cam rotates at half the speed of the crank.
