Tires Squeaking/Squealing?

Ok so this is kinda weird and I have been searching/googling like crazy. So this started a couple of days ago. It only does it in the when I first turn on my car for the day and going really slow in my parking garage.
It's 2 things:

1. When I turn on my car in the morning it makes a high pitched squealing/squeaking when I press on the brakes backing out of my parking space.

2. As I let my car go without stepping on the gas so its going around 0 mph I can hear my TIRES squeaking. It seems that every time it completes a revolution it squeaks. It only does it for 30-45 seconds and then I can't really hear it because of road noise.

Any ideas? It's driving me crazy.

Get your brakes checked. Could be moisture forming rust on the rotors/drums overnight causing squeaks in the morning. could also be contamination on the brake linings......maybe other issue.....get them looked at to know for sure.

No. 2 could be hubcaps. My sister's altima squeaks like crazy because of one of the hubcaps.

Remove all four, then drive and see what happens.
