3rd Generation Need help ASAP! CA Emissions head...

hey guys, im still working on this freaking car and am about ready to put in the 95 5sfe CA emissions engine into my 93 camry. my question is, can i just plug up the pipe on the head of the CA Emissions engine or do i have to connect it to somewhere?? and if i do have to connect it, can someone PLEASE tell me where the hell it goes to?? maybe some pics to show me? if your wondering what pipe im talkin about, its in between the 2nd and 3rd injectors coming up. thanx guys.

this pipe is for California Air Assist tube which originally (on california specs camry til '99) connects to 3rd outlet on IAC (which is bolted to TB). this pipe was allowing some extra air for the injectors. if you want to keep it like in original you would have to swap the TB and IAC too to match it up.

to calm you mind i can say that this design (with air assist tube) was only until 1999. since 2000 Toyota deleted it even on CA emissions cars (mine is CA and doesn't have it anymore).

my 2000 5s-fe doesn't even have a pipe/port in there (on head) anymore. that port was removed from factory and i have a bolt sitting in there.
