1a. Its a 3vz, the 3mz is a 3.3 liter found in newer cars

1b. Car does not have a cable driven speedo, it is all electronic.
2. The kickdown cable may need to be tightened but thats unlikely to cause bad slipping. Only cure for a slipping tranny is a rebuild. Id get a used tranny witha warranty, may fix your other problems (1b and 3)
3. Indicates an electrical problem in the transmission, probably a stuck or bad solenoid. Could be the cause of the slipping.
4. Common problem with the 3vz, you need to check the rubber part of the intake for leaks and replace vacuum lines as needed. If that doesn't fix it you need to adjust the air flow meter.
