Mystery Engine Compartment Connector..not connected ??

I've got a bit of a mystery in my 2000 Camry LE, 1MZ-FE in the engine compartment. There is a two wire connector that doesn't connect to anything.

It's located on the passenger side, near the shock tower and also near the Diagnostic port located in that part of the engine compartment. It is connected to a wiring loom that goes through the firewall, and is also connected to a short stub piece of wiring that attached to the fender well with a small white plastic clip.

I've looked all around that location and can't find anything that this connector plugs into. I've checked the wiring diagrams in the FSM and they don't even show a wire in that general area, so I'm stumped. The car runs fine, no problems and no DTC codes.

Below are some shots that show the general location, the white plastic connector that goes in the fender, and the Diagnostic port with the cover removed. It doesn't look like the connector fits any of the Diagnostic ports.

So my question is what is this mystery connector for, and where is the other end that it should connect to?

It's for your electric supercharger! ;-p

Most likely that is also a diagnostic plug of some sort. If everything is working fine and no DTC's then the plugs are supposed to go nowhere would be my guess.
