Those two statements don't make sense. If the mechanic didn't find a leak why was the system recharged? OR, was the system low and recharged then inspected for leaks - and none found? Is this system R12 or 134a refrigerent? A leak in the condensor is very difficult to find. Did the "regular" air happen all of a sudden or did this happen gradually? Is the mechanic a general mechanic or A/C specialist?

I also found out that the AC relay fuse was blown and replaced it.

A relay is not a fuse. Which relay, there is more than one for the A/C system.? Did this problem exist before the relay was replaced or after?

The problem is the AC works when the engine is cold but after running for 20 minutes the ac starts to blow regular air.

Blowing "regular" air could be many things. Compressor clutch, low pressure, high pressure, bad water valve, malfunctioning blend doors, air in system. You need to take it to an A/C technician when it's blowing "regular" air and start by taking system pressures and go from there.
