WHAT SHOULD I DO?! buying a gen 3 wagon. should i Sell or Part-Out??

i need opinions on what to do... a guy i kno locally, has a camry wagon. 92 or 93 (cant remember but i know it has a 3vz in it. anyways, it runs great except for the power steering. (fill it up and its empty somehwere btwn 25-75 miles) not really sure. but its a major leak..anyways, he want to sell it to me. it has blue int. and green ext. if i buy it, i will be parting it out most likely, or if someone want to buy it from me, i can get the power steering fixed. then u could offer me something,
(what should i do?!?!)

for those of you who dont kno, the pic below is my wagon. (its my sig.)

If it runs fine, keep it or sell it.

If it does not run so fine, part out.

^ it runs perfect. he says it does anyways (and i believe him)
but i do think it needs a power steering rack and pinion.( i think like $450 installed) and it needs a front console. (like the cupholders and stuff. but thats it , im pretty sure.

Put that shit in yourself, and find a good deal for parts. Then either keep it or sell it.

If yours is a 4 cilynder, fix the power steering, keep it and sell your wagon.

The leak could be something easy / cheap to fix....
If you end up selling parts, I would like to buy a few interior peices.
Good luck!

Well of course it ain't gonna be easy. But if you've got any brains at all, you'll figure it out.

It's always just a couple bolts and some lines, man. Can't be that hard, right?

hmm, yea i could prolly figure it out.

i think what im gonna do, is whenever i buy it...post it up and see what offers i get for the engine and tranny (considering thats the most expensive) . as well as offers on the whole car.
thing is, they would have to pull the engine.& tranny. i dont have the tools or equipment...but i kinda do want to part it out, cuz i need a few of the exterior pieces. so we will see what happens

Make sure you pay jack for it if your parting it out. 500ish so if it doesnt work out you can just crap it and make some bank back.
