my 17" Katana Racing Concept Seven spoke wheels are starting to bug me as they seem to be growing smaller day by day somehow and the 225/45ZR17 Pirelli Supersport P7000 tires I have on right now are old and need to be replaced so I found these stock 18" ones on craigslist off of a 2006 Mazda6:
what do you guys think? the seller is asking 500 for the set of 5 featuring Kumho Ecsta ASX 225/40R18 which he says are in like new condition as he only used this set for the summer and sold his car with the worn winter set.
will it look good on my car? and do you think i should go any bigger? ive been told that 18s are as big as i should dare to go on my car (stock suspension)

Center caps will either have to be bought from online (ebay) once you get measurements, or you can have stickers or decals made to go over the mazda logos.
I like the Mazda wheels a lot, btw.

thanks guys for the info about the center caps. im pretty excited to be getting some new wheels which to me changes the look of the whole car. I talked to the seller and he apparently bought some kind of warranty for the tires too from Discount Tire which is transferable.. hope there is some time left on those.
anyways... anybody else want to voice their opinion regarding these? im going to go check the wheels out tomorrow and might actually buy these so I could use everybody's input on helping me decide.

they look good but whats the offset? its likely gonna fit but the offset is the most important number here since they are stock wheels and likely have a high offset.
^ it's probably in the mid 30s low 40s. He shouldn't have tooooo much of a problem.

i know that they are 18x7inches... could you estimate it from that? I could very well bring a jack and try these on before I buy.. should I? and if so.. whats the biggest problem.. the rear or the front.. or should i try them both on for good measure
the face seems to be really flat with no lip to speak of
here is the best picture I have so far:

PLEASE test fit front and rear if possible. Turn lock to lock with the front mounted to be sure you're clearing suspension components.
