So this weekend I am pulling the more taken care of engine out of my old 5s auto and mounting it up with the new 5s 5spd tranny and installing it in my new coupe......I have a question as to what seals, and mounts and or anythings should I replace while the engine and tranny is out? I already plan on cleaning them up and washing the engine bay.....prob going to paint it as well, but what would be a good idea to fix?....btw.....water pump, power steering pump, oil pump gasket, distributer o-ring, radiator, valve cover gasket & s.p.t. seals, hoses, and timing belt are all pretty new. Any suggestions? Thanks

I think everything that you've listed as fairly new and everything mentioned is really about it.

Polyurethane mounts would be awesomely tight. I replaced my 5sfe 5spd with Toyota mounts and didn't find a whole lot of difference. But with Poly mounts you do get more vibrations, but less jerking under shifting and acceleration

Do you know where to get Poly mounts?
