Quick Questoin 1999 camry solara rim issue

Hello guys,

Sorry I didnt have enough time to search through and look, but my brother has a 1999 solara 4 cylinder whos rims are bent.. I kept urging him to change them but he never did. Now his car has 2 flats and he needs to find replacement rims... Can anyone tell me what size offset is too much with 16's on the car? I found some 1998 highlander hybrid 19's for sale. THey are indeed 5 by 114.3 but I dont know the offset and was wonderng if someone else had tried it before or not. Anyway, I will be going this afternoon to check out rims on craigslist with him.
