Water in Trunk

I find a lot of water in the trunk especially at the base of the spare tire location. Where could this water be coming from?

Pull the rear trunk deck gasket OFF. Clean all the junk out. Clean the gasket. Put it back. If the trunk wasn't smashed from an accident improperly repaired and the seal is good. It should seal.
