Hydraulic Fan Filter

I am looking for an after market inline filter replacement for the hydraulic radiator fan. I looked on the Fram site and it does not list this part. Do I need to go to the dealer for this?

My car has 155,000 miles. Should I replace this filter?

i just pump clean fluid into it in the opposite direction. but i use cheap tranny fluid to do it and i continue till it's clean.
