93 mystery vacuum port

I just did an engine swap with a junkyard motor. I can't seem to find which vacuum hose goes on the plenum next to the cold start injector. I don't have the original motor as the yard needed the core. Can anyone identify where this port should be attached.

That goes to a small cylindrical vacuum port behind the intake manifold. its mounted to the firewall, I think it has to do with the power steering idle up system but I forget. The cylinder should have two vacuum port on top, it just plugs into one of them.

Thanks for the reply. The red in the pic below goes to that power-steering thing. Everything seems to be hooked up and works. It just bothers me that this port has nothing to control.
