i found some 2008 solara rims for $100. they are the five spoke 17x7. i have a 4th gen 2001 v6 gallery edition and wondering if these will fit? please help me out

nothing, but the sidewall will be a little tall if you ever lower it ya may have slight rubbing issues.

i'm not planning on lowering it. i think 225 50 or 215 50 is gonna be my choice. i picked up the rims today in brand new shape for a hundred bucks. i think i got a sweet deal

^ be careful with that, 225/50 and 215/50 is a big difference.

how big of a difference is it? when i check the speedo app the 225 50 is a little bigger than my stock tire and rim and 215 50 is a little smaller than my stock set up
