1997 camry head onto 91 mr2 bottom end...both 5sfe?

I want to know if the 91 mr2 5sfe bottom block will bolt right up with a 1997 5sfe head. From my short research, it should fit, but I want to confirm for sure. Thanks.

It should bolt up, however you will need to change the oil pump due to the crankshaft position sensor if this is going back in the 97. Also you may also need to tap two of the rear motor mount holes. I would also take out the balance shaft assembly and plug the oil hole...the thing is a waste. good luck

I'm trying to make this combo to work for my 1997 Camry. I have not mate the head to the bottom end yet, but so far I noticed the 97 block has a hole to mount the knock sensor. My 91 block does not have the knock sensor, so what do I have to do?
