Another Antenna mast question

Just got a replacement mast but having some difficulty as the old mast seems to be corroded into the motor assembly. So far no luck removing. I've read some previous posts and am trying to used WD40 to free it up. Any other suggestions?
In case I cant get it out I guess I have to replace the entire unit. My question here is there seems to be a 3rd wire connected to the motor assembly apart from the harness and antenna cable. Does this disconnect easily? or do I have to cut off and reattach to new motor?. For 93 Camry V6 LE Sedan.

Here is a tutorial for an LS400 antenna mast. It's similar enough that I used it way back when I repaired my mast.

Or we can follow the age old rule of "when a power antenna breaks, replace it with a non-power one."
