I'd watch out for additional damage; looks like the car's been in a 'sandwich' wreck - witness new bumper caps on both ends, and how the rear 1/4 'pooks out' from the trunk lid. This will cause water to leak in.

To pull the sheet-metal straight and replace taillight, with decent re-spray, you're likely looking around $1K - maybe more in a high-labor-cost area. With additional damage to body structure, or popped air bags, it can get REALLY expensive in a hurry, easily well above the asking price.
