car won't start

i have a 1995 v6 camry. i have a piece of shit alarm. i have not use that alarm in 3yrs and i dont even carry the alarm remote with me. when i got off work i open my door like usually and all of sudden my alarm trigger and there is no kill switch. the alarm is super old. so what i did was i got my brother to bring me the remote to turn off the alarm and now the car won't start but the horn, radio, and lights all work. can it be the alarm that is causing the problem or is it the starter. because i can dis arm and arm the alarm but car will not start.
please any info will help

Find the alarm ECU under the driver's seat or under dash. Pull the big plug from it. Done.

^ You can try that as a start but it usually doesn't work on systems with remote start or a starter disable. Just a heads up.

Here's why. See how one of the wires is cut? Long story short, that wire needs to be reconnected for everything to operate right (for this install).
