3rd Generation oil leak .....

and my dad wont take me seriously for anything i say is wrong with the car and now something serious is going on and idk what to do.....but when my sisters car has a problem it goes to the mechanic right away..no questions asked...so i guess its gotten to the point where i have to take this into my own hands.....

can the oil be leaking from different areas???it looks like its coming from the oil pan.....is it better to replace everything and if so what will i need to buy...or is there a certain part that is causing the leak...

well if the pan is leaking that's an easy fix there is no "part" just a tube of rtv sealant run you maybe 6 dollars do it when you change the oil also pick up a new drain plug gasket, like 50 cents dangling on the self only other thing down there might be a oil pressure sensor or front/rear main seals

Let the air out of your dad's tires. Then dump a quart of oil under your car that'll stain his driveway so he'll get the "severe" leak fixed.

How's the maintaince been on your car? Regular timing belt, water pump, and seals replacement? Even if it has been done recently, things can still leak (especially if you have the 4cylinder engine. It's fairly common to have some leaking.)

after replacing the oil pan gasket which was an easy fix, and the gasket costs like 2 dollars? my leak was cleared up. if it's not leaking from the oil pan though i'd just take it in...
