what are the best best spark plugs for my 93 Camry i4. on the side of the engine head it says "platinum tipped plug"

NGK Iridium's are real nice.

Kinda pricey though. Denso's are good as well.

Whatever you do, don't get Bosch.

I would suggest the proper stock plug, which was originally designed for your 5S-FE. These should be the correct plugs:

Nippondenso PK20R-11 These are the spark plugs originally installed in your engine when it was manufactured.

NGK BKR6EP-11 An equivalent alternative to the ND plugs. These are usually a bit cheaper in price, but still excellent quality. I am running NGK's in my 97 with zero issues. I have the dual electrode, since I have the waste spark ignition system. Next year, I will try the ND plugs. I change mine once a year, irregardless of mileage. It provides me with peace of mind.

Both of these plugs are platinum tipped, and should be good for your required interval of 60,000 miles. Both of these listed are single electrode. Should you have any doubts, please consult the owner's manual. It will supersede what I have listed here as the correct plugs. Your gap should be .044 (in thousandths of an inch).
