Bottom of the radiator... passenger side, IIRC. If you have an after market rad, it may be different. You can also just remove the larger tube running to the bottom of the radiator from under the car.

Don't forget about the block drain. rear side of block at firewall. That'll get it all out.

first of all thanks for your help. do you have any image of engine block drain plug? ,is that look like the radiator drain plug ?(white plastic !)

No, it's just a normal threaded steel fastener. I don't have any pics of it, but I know it is there. driver's side, bottom of block.
