3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
-wash and wax (not just completely hose down like i usually do )
-caulked the taillights so now there's no gap, but have to paint it
-eyelids for the custom projector headlights and corners
-mirror turn signals! (excited about this one but tearing through the grommets will be annoying)
I plan on looking at her on Monday... and hopefully BUYING her.

Its never been done on a Camry, but it can be done. I saw it on Overhaulin', I think. They installed a paddle shift kit in a Chevelle? I'm not sure what the car was now. Anyway, it had an auto trans, and solenoid mounted on the side of the trans handled the gear selections via steering column mounted paddles.
When I saw that episode, I searched for the company that made the kit. I found them, and...well..I can't justify spending that much for something so unnecessary on these cars. I wouldn't even install them on my restomod, 65 Mustang.
It's a cool idea, and would make for a really trick mod though.
