how do you change air filter in gen4 camry?

I know this may sound stupid, but how do you change the air filter in gen4 camry? I released those two metal clips, however, I still can't open the box, are there screws I need to unscrew?

Be careful when closing the box. The rubber seal around the air filter sometimes gets snagged by the upper part of the air box and doesnt seat properly. Look very carefully from the side and close it gently. Use a flashlight if you have to.

Pull towards you, and then up. Look over towards the opposite side of the clips, and you'll see why you would need to pull towards you.

Well I know on a gen 2 cam, there are 4 clips, after that the cover pops right off and you can just take the filter out like nothing else. Wash it or shake it whatever you like, or get something better like a K&N.
