maybe a meatball sub?

anyway, heres what I had to do, I swaped the decklid for a used 2000-2001 model, it bolted right on., the the corner lights where a little tricky, I had to take a dremel tool and notch the bumper cover slightly. it came out ok, some of my cuts where a little off. but I am putting on a bodykit, so none of that really maters. the original bumper covers are going in the trash the end of this month.

I just like the euro taillight look. ive tryed the tinted look and I just didn't like it. it was better than stock red though.

see, i hate lights like that, BUT because they are SO rare, that makes up for it i think. however, because you have a dark car, id suggest removing the lenses and painting the chrom sections black to matter match teh car...thats just TOOOO much chrome for teh back of that car.

oh and why is your rear end slammed like that?

The red calipers do help with it a bit.. agree with bigbird, do something with the chrome, it would look nice on a light colored car but not yours

Why are you guys in such a hurry to get somewhere, what do you do with your extra time ?

My 2.2 gets 4000mpg +- and gets up to speed quick enough for these old bones....lol

Next year I'm going to buy GSXR 1000, then we'll see who gets to the donut shop first.

I painted the calipers and drums for one reason, rust. had to hide it somehow, and since the lowering springs where, red, I painted everything red.

the drop was supposed to be 1.8 inch front and back, but the damn dropzone springs where too tall in the front. I was pretty ticked off by that at first, but I figured when I put the bodykit on it will help my ground clarence, since I live in new england, this will help. our roads suck.

I may black out the chrome in the future, but for now im pleased with the look. if I could have found a black with leds I would have got that, but my options are limited for this model.

I replaced the trunk lid, rather than cuting it to fit. I figred it would cost the same after all the body work was finished. I did have to cut some plastic from the bumper covers though. used a dremil cut off tool.

im going to rice this car out a little, I think its kinda funny. not to mention I work in law enforcement, so the other officers like to pick on me for it. its my toy, so im going to play with it a little.

A bodykit's gonna make your ground clearance worse, dude. haha. You're gonna ruin the kit if you're not careful and your roads are that bad.

Stick the kit on your cruiser next time you go to work
