250,000 miles ....Oil . tran fluid ? Injectors...?

Hi all, I have a 1992 Camry Le 2.2L with 250,000 miles, the oil smells bad with only 2000 mi since last change, but according to the sticker that was in 08 lol.........

What is best for a motor with this high mileage, I guess it depends on how the rings are partly ?

Also how about trans fluid recomendations, not sure when it was changed.

Is this an interference motor?
The chain was changed , not sure of the mileage though on it.

Car runs great , shifts well but seems to avoid overdrive early am until about 45 mph, will go into it sooner, later on in the day.

Edit to add:

I bought a 5 oz bottle of Lucas Cylinder Lube & Injector cleaner, is this a good idea ?

Use 10w30 castrol high mileage conventional, or any conventional high mileage and at least 10w30.

Dex3 drain and refill is 2.5qts for the transmission. Easy as pie.

Non interference, its a belt.

Fuel injector cleaner is pretty much always a good idea. Never hurts to run it with a full tank of premium also.

Thanks man...

He'd left me a note (seller) to use some "Heavy Duty Stabilizer" Castrol 30 weight.
Also the note is hard to read but looks like he's been using 1 3/4 quart something in the trans ?
I remember him saying something about , I'd be happier with the shifting if I toped off the trans to a certain level, then added the last little bit , not sure if the 1 3/4 means anything.

Would the injector cleaner be good to use once a month (600 mi for me)
,also run premium how often ?

Previous owner did mention that I'd not need to change the timing belt/ chain (I forgot if he'd said chain or belt) for years , just thought I'd check here and make sure I wouldn't ruin the engine if he was wrong...lol

Nah i would use the injector cleaner at every oil change. let the tank get pretty empty fill it up with injector cleaner and then add one premium tank. Run that out and then use whatever you like.

Just run high mileage oil and trans fluid. No need for any additives, they only cause problems if there is no problem.
