1996 Camry

I am going to use this as my intro thread too.
HI!! I'm 35, live in TN, named my Camry Emma.
I have had an 81 Supra, an 86 Celica, a 95 Tercel, a 96 Tercel, and now have a 96 Camry. She has 79k btw. YAY me for the great find!! (These are just my Toyota's that I have had).
Seems there isn't anything wrong with her yet, I have driven her 500 miles in the first week; I live 30 miles from work, one way.
But the A/C rattles. It works fine, mostly. Well, ok, it gets luke warm if I sit for a few minutes. but is other wise cold.
Any ideas if this is a big deal or not?

My 98 has been doing this forever, has 124k miles on it now and AC still works great.

I think it might be some sort of bearing in the clutch, other members have looked into it. If the AC works fine I wouldn't sweat about it.

to the forums! trust me you will get attached. Have had mine for 4 years and have loved every minute of it. You will begin to notice alot of the usual posters are attached to their camrys as well. Enjoy your stay.
