I am trying to replace my belts, but am having a problem finding the right combination of extensions to reach the locking bolt for the alternator. I was able to get on it from an odd sort of angle and when I started to turn it the socket went ****-eyed on me. I was afraid of rounding it off, so I stopped. Am I supposed to approach this from the bottom? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
