rear endlink and sway bar

Car info in signature. My right rear end is making some noise. And when I got under the car, I could pull on the bar connecting to the sway bar and the sway bar and the endlink would move.

So what would the remedy be? Could I just tighten some bolts, or do the teflon trick in the DIY, white grease to the bushing? Or there have to be parts replaced? The parts have no visable wear except some rust and the surface paint is peeling off.

I'm not sure I'm getting the names right, so here are the photos:

The bar I was pulling on is c.

It's connected to a and b (couldn't quite tell if it's the same one as c in the above.)

On a side note, here's my oil change photo, is the sludge too much?

P.S. The first two photos are taken from here: DIY: Replace your endlinks and rear sway bar. Thanks to the author.
