Rockauto. Experiences?

Hey guys, so my rad is gone to shit - need to replace it.
I was looking into this one on Rockauto

I was also wondering, has anyone here bought from rockauto before? and how was the experience? I didn't have qualms with my exhaust because, frankly, you cant get louder than straight headers, but risking a bad exhaust is very different from risking a bad rad.

I bought some Jeep parts from them. Sort of slow shipping but I got what I ordered.

hm, funny, the brand is listed as spectra?

You actually gave me the idea to eaby-search the koyo (lynch reccomended the brand to me earlier). The one you found had a different part #.

I had no issues with their quality.

I buy from rockauto regularly, no issues so far. Well, once they sent me wrong axle seal (because there was a bug in their database, sold right instead of left) - returned money even without taking wrong seal back. I bought Bosal front pipe and it didn't fit (not rockauto fault) - they took it back, gave me a free return label and I re-ordered Walker pipe from them that fitted perfectly. Shipping is fast, but sometimes might be pricey, since they tend to ship from multiple warehouses and they combine shipping only on per warehouse basis. No free shipping regardless to the amount of the order. Customer service is very good.

As to the radiator (mine also just cracked) I decided to go with all aluminum TYC model with lifetime warranty: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1376744
That Spectra has just 24 mo warranty and it has plastic parts.

Heh, didn't realize the TYC was all aluminum - that one looks far more tempting now!

I haven't had any issue with them. It's a good site in all honesty. You might have to wait a bit for it to get to you, or pay a little extra shipping considering you'll be shipping to Canada. Shame I'm not coming by until November, I could have saved you a couple of bucks in shipping...

Exactly the same here. Heck, my calipers and pads showed up a day early.

edit: You can usually find coupon codes for the site if you look around enough, too.

I've used Rock Auto several times with no problems, fast shipping etc. Bought some Gabriel Shocks/struts and some Cardone CV joints.

Will order from them in the future. No problems on a couple of things I returned, gave me credit back on the credit card with no questions asked.
