I'd start basic. When it won't start, check for spark then check for fuel pressure at the rail. I've seen crank sensors stop working when they warm up and fuel pumps do the same.

Since you already replaced the coil, I would next think about engine coolant temperature sensor, which can be checked with a digital volt/ohmeter and the specs from any manual. It may be out of range and is telling the computer the engine is always cold. This would result in a very rich mixture for a warm engine. Check it both cold and warm. If that checks out OK, I would next check fuel pump pressure both cold and warm. Weak fuel pumps have a tendency to go out when they heat up.
