i gave you hints in the other thread, there is really no rocket science behind it.
so have you removed that sensor's electrical plug for inspection or pulled sensor itself out of the washer tank? it's very easy, you need to partially unscrew the fender liner from under bumper (3 screws, 10mm head) and peel it off partially. or remove the wheel (keep car on jack stands) and unscrew 2-3 more fender liner screws from the wheel well to peel it off to the back and expose the washer tank completely.
then you can either unbolt the washer tank (2 bolts, 1 nut, all 10mm head), disconnect motor and sensor and unplug rubber hose from motor and remove the washer tank or work on sensor while washer tank is bolted to the car.
sensor is held in it tight by rubber grommet only, so when you twist/pull on it it will pop out. check if the loose floating part isn't stuck to the sensor's body, because if it is it will be constantly closing circuit and causing the warning light to show up on dash. the floating part should move freely and be able to ascend in fluid keeping some distance form sensor's body (keeping circuit open).
if sensor is stuck just get a new one from dealer, it's like $30.
you can even start the car with sensor out of the tank and plugged in and operate it manually to see if circuit reacts correctly, so when pieces are separated there should be no light on dash and when they are together the light should pop up on dash. it's easy
you reinstall it by putting the grommet first in the tank then pushing/twisting the sensor into it (it takes moment, it's tight). just remember that the floating part NEED to face up, otherwise it will work in opposite way (when facing down) by showing the light on dash when tank has fluid in it and turning light off when fluid is gone.
