tranny and diff fluid change

I have a 98 le camry and I plan on changing the tranny filter and fluid today but I'm not sure if the transfer case for the differental is seperate so my ? is how do you know

if you need to just drain and fill the tranny or do them separately

let me know

I found a warning label on my dipstick saying to check the differential fluid level.
