4th Generation Radio Light does not light up

How do I fix the light for my radio? It does not light up. Is there a bulb that I can replace.

Is it a stock radio? Aftermarket? Single or double DIN sized? Got a piccie of the radio?

You can find the stock double DIN radios on eBay all the time and probably in the fer sale section here, too.

I think the display lights in the radio are LED. Are they all out or just a particular section?

I don't know if it's the same as the head unit in my Camry or not, but in it, the backlight for the LCD display is supplied by a grain-of-rice sized light bulb. Mine burnt out; found a replacement bulb at Radio Shack. It wasn't too difficult to replace. The bulb's two wires are soldered to pads on the circuit board.

The light behind my LCD is burned out too. I was told that there is someone that fixes them, but I have yet to find them. I think the better route is to just replace the whole unit with a used one if you can find one in good enough shape. They are cheap.
