Hesitation when A/C is on

Stopped at a light, then start to go. When the a/c is running, there is a hesitation or unevenness when the car first starts rolling (first couple seconds) and then all is well. I know there is a system (forgot what it's called) that links the a/c with the throttle by cable or vacuum hose to adjust the idle - I'm thinking maybe an issue with that? I'm at 124000 miles on the timing belt that was installed at 60000 if that can be an issue. '95 V6 LE. Thanks for any advice.

A/C idle up valve. But if its idling fine at stop with the A/C on then that should be fine.

Turns out it was a dying coil pack. It finally threw a code (P0304) and lit the CEL.
