Question Elecrtical Question

Can anyone tell me why we use relay in this circuit.why we do not use only a switch?

To safeguard the horn switch contacts. Less amperage can be put through the switch with the use of the relay.

Yes...you use the same source for the horn but you are using a smaller amount to energize the coil side of the relay. The load on the switch (the coil side of the relay) will be greater if the horns were connected directly to it. You would be replacing the horn switch constantly....
