3rd Generation instrument panel, lower bracket, how tighten screws
I have 3 rd generation camry.... The instrument panel is popping and squeaking... I notice the lower panel brackets were lose and attempted to tighten them... I went through glove compartment to tighten the screws, but can't tighten the screw all the way from that angle... How can I get to the screws and tighten them completely


Help the noise is driving me crazy.....
