Yeah a torch would get it off of there. really isnt much else you can do with stubborn stuff like that. Just remember when you heat it up to let it cool down before you try to spin it off. You can risk breaking the soft metal when its heated. Also, I am not sure what torch you are talking about, but hopefully your talking about an o2/Acetylene torch. Propane torch will not work. Also helps once you get it to budge a little bit to spray some wd-40 or some kind of lubricant in there, tighten it, loosen it. Repeat the step until removed. Make sure to put some anti-seize on the threads when you re-install your new tie-rod end too. Good Luck!
