I have a 2000 Camry 4 cyl with 269K miles. I have run Casterol 5W30 since I bought the car at which time it had 68K miles. Should I change to a high mileage oil and should I continue to run 5W30? Most of my driving is at highway speed, I commute 60 miles one way. Also I live in North Carolina so our Winters are not very cold.

Does your car consume oil? If not - you may continue to use 5w.
As to high mileage oils - this is a good question, I'd like to learn what is different in them in comparison with regular oils.
