Noises and waving from rear

Ok so i was searching within all forums here in regards to a 98 Camry LE rear bushing or other causes. Here is what is going on, my car was making lots of rattling noises (rear) over bumps so i though it was the swaybar links. Changed all 4 brand new one. But the noise still there. At the same token, when i hit a bump my rear tired wave to the left or right moslty done by my left passenger rear tire.

I took a quick look at my shocks and the rear one looks shocked even though is only a year old. So i have being told that the waving, is due to the bad shock, the noise it seems to be cause by the bushing, but when i went to Advance auto parts, there are 2 measurements for bushing, 16mm, and 17mm, so i was stuck there. How can i find out the right size besides actually taken one out and measuring?

And can the waving left to right be caused by the shock or is it something else?

Take the open end of a wrench and put it in the bar and see which one fits. I guessed that the 4cyl has a 17mm bar and I think it is, but then again the 16mm bushing probably would have fit just as well.

The noise probally is the bushing since the sway bar makes a really loud noise when it hit the body down there. I have bad strut mounts in the front and back and the rear mounts are realllly hard to hear unless you have to radio off and no fan blowing. The fronts are a different story.

well the front shocks are no pain to me, except that when i am turning the wheel the front driver side makes a noise, cranking noise, though it was the mount, change it, new one but still there and it only happens when its wet so i think it could be wrong placement of the coil.

My issues is only with the rear and i like your method on figuring out the correct size, but as you said i will go with 17mm, is only like $12

Although my guess is the rear upper strut mounts, I would also check the rear lateral control rods. Raise the rear end off the ground. Then grab hold of each tire with your hands at 3:00 and 9:00 and see if you can move them in and out a bit. If they move, you might even be able to hear a slight clunk noise. If you can move the wheel assembly and hear the noise, it's usually the rear one on each side that goes out. The rubber bushings inside there go and cause the noise. The rear one is the adjustable one for the rear alignment.
