this is a 99 camry 4cyl auto with 172k. Engine was tapping, so I replaced it with an engine with 110k on it. Prior to removal, the 110k engine was running smoothly (car had been salvaged due to accident).
the new(er) engine is in, and it's running fine, but idling in the 2000-2100 range - I loosened the throttle cables, no luck.
any ideas? Did I bump something and knock a line off? Don't know if this is worth mentioning, but none of the accesories are on now (alt, power steering, compressor) I didn't think they would have that dramatic an effect on rpm.
Thanks in advance.
